Buildroid, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buildroid,” “we,” or “us”), operates this demand page to receive part files and quote requests. By using the site, uploading a file, or submitting contact details, you agree to these terms.
What we collect
We may collect: files you upload (such as CAD models and drawings); contact details you provide (such as name, email, phone, company, and comments); and technical visit data (such as page path, referrer, campaign tags, browser type, and a visit identifier). How we use data
We use this information to review your file, prepare a quote or response, operate, develop, and improve our services, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your files or contact details to third parties, and we do not share them for third-party marketing. We may share them with: (a) fabrication partners and subcontractors, to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, and manufacture your parts; (b) service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, storage, email, notification, analytics, and automated processing (including AI) providers; and (c) a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. We share data under appropriate confidentiality obligations where applicable.
Storage and security
We apply reasonable measures to protect uploaded files and contact data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or electronic storage is fully secure; you use the service at your own risk. We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in these terms or as required by law. We and our service providers may process data outside your country.
Files and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the files you upload. By uploading, you grant Buildroid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, and share the file to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, respond, and manufacture your parts, including through our fabrication partners, and to use the file and data derived from it to operate, develop, and improve our services, including our quoting tools. We may keep files for as long as needed for these purposes. You confirm that you have the right to share the file with us and our fabrication partners and that doing so does not infringe others’ rights or breach any confidentiality or other obligation you owe to a third party.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The page, quotes, and responses are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildroid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this page, files, quotes, or delayed responses.
No obligation to quote
Uploading a file does not guarantee an instant quote, order acceptance, or any manufacturing outcome. Quotes may be generated or assisted by automated tools, including AI, and files may be reviewed manually. A quote is an estimate and becomes binding only when we confirm your order in writing. We may decline or delay requests at our reasonable discretion.
General
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you upload a file or submit your details applies to that submission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, before one arbitrator, seated in New York, New York, and conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the English version prevails.
